Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment method that helps individuals cope with stress, manage intense emotions, decrease impulsive behaviors, and increase positive interpersonal interactions.
DBT core skills training consists of 4 modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
This group will introduce DBT skills in a 13-week series and will help participants learn and practice applying skills with the support of therapists and peers.
Group begins September 14, 2022 and meets in-person every Wednesday from 6pm-8pm.
We are accepting clients for the next group beginning January 2023.
