My Therapeutic Style & Approach
I understand that change can be hard, but I believe that with the right support and guidance, it’s entirely possible to navigate life’s challenges and move towards a more fulfilling future. As a therapist, I’m here to help you through that journey, offering a compassionate and safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals.
I have 20 years of experience working with children, families and adults in a variety of clinical settings. My training consists of, but is not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure-based interventions, interpersonal therapy and structural family therapy.
I strive to create a warm, empathic environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. With a commitment to evidence-based approaches and a deep respect for each individual’s journey, I am dedicated to helping individuals develop the strength and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth.
