My Therapeutic Style & Approach
For the past 27 years, I’ve had the honor of working in the mental health field, providing care across psychiatric settings, community mental health programs, and group private practices. I’m dedicated to serving individuals across the lifespan – including children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults – with compassion and respect.
I value and welcome people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds, recognizing both our shared humanity and the unique experiences each person brings. My approach is grounded in a deep commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive space for healing.
My clinical work spans from family-systems interventions to individualized care. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Humanistic, and Existential therapies, tailoring each treatment to meet the specific needs of those I work with.
I take a strengths-based, supportive, and non-judgmental approach, working collaboratively to understand each person’s individual story and create a meaningful path forward. I believe that with compassion, clarity, and intentional choices, we all have the ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.
